The box had a small dent when it arrived, but thankfully the wheel itself looked perfectly fine. Overall, I’m happy with it!

I had an issue with my order and ended up asking for a refund. It did take a few days, and I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying, but they eventually got it all sorted out and the money came back. Sooo, not perfect, but they did make it right

The return process was really easy, and like I said, the exchange came fast. No hassle or anything, so like I said, it was a smooth experience overall.

I was happy with my order. The wheels showed up right when they said they would, and everything looked good straight out of the box, which is always a relief, right? The site was easy enough to use, and I didn’t run into any issues. Seems like a solid experience to me, and I’d probably order from them again.

I reached out figuring they’d probably take forever or try to brush me off, but customer service actually got back to me quickly. They answered my question and helped me sort it out without making it feel like they were just trying to move me along.

I ordered a wheel for my car and the fitment info was mostly accurate, but it wasn’t quite the plug-and-play situation I was hoping for because I still ended up taking the time to check everything with a local shop before actually putting it on, just to be safe, and thankfully it did work out in the end, but the whole process felt a little more uncertain and involved than I expected. Pages loaded smoothly, and checkout was clear enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything. The only thing I’d say is that some of the product details could be easier to compare side by side. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was looking for a wheel set and it felt like maybe 7 or 8 out of every 10 options I clicked on were out of stock. After spending around 20 minutes searching around, it got frustrating. I get that inventory changes, but it was still kind of annoying

The price looked decent at first, but once shipping and the total cost were added in, it didn’t feel like some huge deal or anything. The wheel fit fine and I don’t really have any complaints there. I’m a little conflicted because I usually stick with brands or sellers I already trust for car parts, but I wanted to give this site a shot. It worked out okay, though next time I’d probably compare a few more places before buying.

Got my wheels in just two days, which was way faster than I expected. Not much to complain about there, thankfully.
